From walkthrough to closeout

    Site walk & scope

    We walk the space, talk through your timeline and constraints, and define the scope in plain terms.

    Line-item estimate

    You get an itemized estimate and a realistic schedule — including how we’ll phase work around any operating tenants.

  3. 03

    Permits & build

    We manage permits and inspections and keep the site clean and safe while we build, with weekly progress updates.

  4. 04

    Punch & handover

    We close out every punch-list item and hand over clean documentation, warranties, and a space that’s ready to occupy.
